Responsibilities:

  • Ensure fit for purpose insights and delivery methods to simplify and improve the access to relevant HR insights to managers. which will help the organization in forecasting as well as revealing possible challenges
  • Produce monthly organizational reviews and help with the continued development of service provided to the business
  • Support the exciting implementation of a new Core HR platform (Employee Central by SuccessFactors)
  • Take ownership of HR reporting and analytical deliverables, with the possibility of designing and working with larger projects in the coming years
  • Deliver ad-hoc day-to-day information based on information in HR SAP and EC
  • Take an active part in the Remuneration area, working with:
  • Reward projects (e.g. recognition schemes, pay governance)
  • Maintaining and controlling current remuneration governance
  • Annual salary review and bonus processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical or business management
  • At least 3 years’ experience of working with reporting and analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills – you should be comfortable with working on large data sets and interested in delivering valuable insights and recommendations based on your findings
  • Capable of working with hypotheses using statistics
  • Experience in working with Rewards
  • Experience with IT systems and flair for learning new systems, preferably SuccessFactors, HR SAP and Power BI. Excellent in Excel
  • Knowledge of working with statistics
  • High motivation to drive tasks independently
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Good facilitation skills
  • Strong English both in speaking and writing

Nice to have:  

  • Knowledge of Mercer IPE
  • Experience in survey design
