You will be part of young existing team in Warsaw and Denmark. The team is responsible for customizing and improving ServiceNow which is a strategic platform in KMD group. As a SCRUM Master you will be implementing Agile methodologies within the team, with possibility to form rules and roles around and be real Change Agent. You will take part in promoting SCRUM within the organization, with significant influence on your team work.

After your morning coffee you will be:

  • a true Scrum Master
  • ensuring that Scrum way of work and Agile mindset are understood in the organization
  • showing the value behind Agile (and Scrum in particular)
  • ensuring that Scrum Teams take ownership of their process, work and environment, improve it daily and finally self-organize
  • working with Scrum Teams to focus on delivering business value to the stakeholders as a role model in the areas of communication, feedback & transparency
  • creating an environment for people and teams to flourish
  • helping to foster relations and trust between teams and locations
  • actively participating in local Agile guild

We want you in our team if you:

  • Have minimum 2 years of professional experience in the role of Scrum Master
  • Have strongexperience and feeling of Scrum
  • Have broad knowledge and understanding of Agile, familiar with tools and different techniques
  • Are not easily discouraged by challenges
  • Are open-minded, true listener with natural curiosity
  • Can adapt to individuals, team and organization needs
  • Can give high-quality feedback
  • Can learn new things and conduct experiments
  • Have courage & grit to express opinions, give fresh perspectives and achieve results
  • Are fluent in both English and Polish
