  • 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in Microsoft stack
  • Full stack profile and ability to address all technical issues in the project
  • Backend engineering experience with focus on data processing and performance.
  • Coach & mentor skills
  • Practical experience in assuring good practices, software quality and team work
  • Team productiveness oriented
  • Strong English both in speaking and writing
