Since we began in 2014, we've grown rapidly. We're now more than 600 IT and business specialists working in our modern Warsaw offices. We're KMD Group's largest unit outside of its Danish headquarters.

Internal events
Big annual parties, success celebrations, summer picnics and family events – we love spending time together. And every month we meet in the office for a fun theme day. Previous days include Programmer's Day, Pizza Day, and Sports Day.
Fun competitions
We love organizing fun competitions! Recent contests included the best meme, best holiday photo, and a super-tough IT security quiz — all with prizes at the end. KMD life is full of fun!
Local CSR activities
When you work for KMD, you work for a company that cares. We support, among other things, the Szlachenta Paczka initiative, WOŚP, animal shelters, and we teach children to code with KUBO robots. We love helping others and we love to do it together.

KMD SCANDIQUIZ
Our KMD ScandiQuiz is a charity general knowledge quiz involving people from major Polish and Danish companies. Taking place in our Warsaw office, the first event raised money for the Polish Red Cross supporting Ukrainian refugees.
