YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Taking responsibility for 1st level support and administration of cloud-based systems in portfolio of CA Technologies: CA Agile Central and CA Project Portfolio Management (CA PPM)
  • Being responsible for the daily incident and service request handling within CA Agile Central and CA PPM solutions
  • Reporting bugs to 3rd level CA global application support and implementation of received code corrections
  • Monitoring interfaces to ensure smooth data transfer between these systems
  • Working with Customer-specific applications and connectors tailored to integration needs (which makes it necessary to possess programming skills such as: ability to read/analyze the code, debug and finally make code modifications)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, XML Transformations (XSLT), SQL.
  • Programming skills in Java, Java Script, Ruby, SQL, JasperReports, Apache Jelly
  • Basic knowledge about Active Directory and Windows Server administration
  • Experience within CA Agile Central, CA PPM or similar tools would be a significant advantage
  • Higher education in computer science or related field
  • Strong English both in speaking and writing
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Positive “can-do” attitude and quality-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Team Player, but also able to work independently
