RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Driving day to day administration and reporting of Problem, Incident and Change management
  • Driving Continuous Improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • General understanding of Enterprise IT Operations
  • ITIL understanding and certification (ITIL Foundation level at least)
  • Strong experience within reactive and proactive Problem Management processes, Problem Management reporting and Continuous Improvement
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing and extrovert personality
  • Confident, constructive and positive mindset
