YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Being part of our Service Design team in Operations responsible for all standard services
  • Service design of infrastructure, application and middleware platforms in close collaboration with owners
  • Continuous service improvement together with the internal and external suppliers
  • Ensuring implementation and bringing services into operation
  • Customer-oriented service innovation
  • Writing relevant service documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Academic degree in computer science or other related areas
  • At least 5 years of combined IT and security professions experience, with a broad exposure to infrastructure, networks and multi-platform environments
  • Expertise on security issues, techniques and consequences across platforms
  • Experience in working for international, cross-cultural organisations
  • Ability to ensure information flow between IT and business
  • Ability to present and document clear architecture models
  • Fluency in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Willingness to do some international business travelling if required
  • Result-orientation on the basis of customers’ needs
  • Ability to work independently, but also in a team
  • Ambitious, curious and a quick learner

NICE TO HAVE:

  • One or more professional security certifications, experience with relevant formal architecture methods and principles such as TOGAF, or guidelines like OWASP
  • Knowledge of integration testing approaches
