YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Being part of the KMD Service Design team responsible for all standard ITO services within KMD (either delivered in-house or through partners and cloud services)
  • Service design of the KMD cross-functional services in close collaboration with the KMD Service Owners
  • Continuous service improvement together with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders
  • Customer-oriented service innovation
  • Writing relevant service documentation
  • Requirements analysis of existing services to ensure the cross-functional offerings are market relevant

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Academic degree in computer science or other related areas
  • At least 5 years of IT experience
  • Working experience as Service Manager, Delivery Manager or Delivery Executive from a Managed Services Provider
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL
  • Knowledge of and interest in ITSM tools and trends
  • Knowledge of or experience with SIAM implementation will be an asset
  • Experience in working for international, cross-cultural organizations
  • Good English (both spoken and written)
  • Willingness to do some international business travelling
  • Experience with ServiceNow® will be an advantage
  • Ability to ensure information flow between IT and business
  • Ability to present and document work
  • Result-orientation based on customers’ needs
  • Ability to work independently, but also in a team
  • Ambitious, curious and a quick learner
