.Net Developers will be members of a new development team in Poland, supporting project within financial industry.



  • Working as a member of development team delivering end-to-end solution for insurance/pension industry client
  • Analysing technical requirements
  • Supporting work estimation process as part of release planning
  • Working with Business Specialists to evaluate impact of changes
  • Designing and developing technical solution
  • Documenting technical design and transitioning solution to support organization
  • Providing architectural assessment regarding proposed changes, acting as subject matter expert
  • Providing training for new developers
  • Guiding and supporting junior developers
  • Project release / changes – > Customization of application for client’s requirements (e.g., recently GDPR project)
  • Bug fixing and troubleshooting
  • Cooperation with Operations team for analysis and resolution of incidents as 3rd level support


  • At least 6 years’ experience working on application development, database development, job automation or systems integration
  • Experience with at least 2-3 of the following technology areas:
  • .Net programming (C#)
  • Oracle E-Business Suite (or similar, e.g., SAP ERP)
  • Relational Database Management Systems
  • Workflow automation – Control-M/Stonebranch
  • Experience with Visual Studio


  • Experience with Oracle DB or Ingres
  • Experience with SQL and PL/SQL
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with development or support of Enterprise Service Bus integrations (e.g., Neuron ESB, Mule ESB, IBM Integration Bus)
  • Domain experience in relation to insurance or pension industry
