YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Running end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Talent identification and sourcing including social recruiting methods
  • Creating long- and short-lists of different profiles of IT specialists
  • Proposing and implementing alternative candidate sourcing ideas
  • Facilitating interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Candidate database management
  • Monitoring the IT labor market in Poland

REQUIREMENTS

  • About 3+ years of experience in running IT recruitment processes
  • Fluency in English allowing smooth business communication (communication with Hiring Managers from overseas)
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as business relationship building abilities
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Ability to prepare written reports and detailed candidate recommendations
  • Very good organizational skills and ability to work simultaneously on a number of projects in a fast paced environment
  • Goal orientation, engagement and energy
