  • Asset management of equipment including but not limited to computers, server rooms, multiboards
  • Setup and relocation of equipment for new employees/consultants and user support
  • General fault-finding and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software issues
  • Ownership of the issue from receipt until resolution regardless of the location
  • Set up and maintenance of all infrastructure in the office, back-up WiFi network, booking system, printers and all multimedia hardware
  • Fulfillment of the security procedures
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Direct contact with hardware and external IT-services providers


  • 3 years of end-user support experience
  • Experience with network support, routing understanding
  • Knowledge of ITIL or ITIL Foundation certified would be a huge asset
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and ability to resolve queries in a technical environment
  • Ability to identify solutions based on written procedures, guidelines, and process tools
  • Written and verbal fluency in English is a must
  • Knowledge of SCCM 2007,2012 (nice to have)
