  • Acting as Technical Product Owner being responsible for technical part of the platform and Team Manager of .NET and DevOps Specialists (up to 6 people)
  • Supporting the coordination of efforts of Developers
  • Supporting the communication between development teams in various locations and Business/Product Owners
  • Securing alignment between business and development
  • Acting as sparring partner for Developers, and Architects on technology choices
  • Driving process improvement within the teams
  • Participating in design and implementation
  • Ensuring proper resource allocation
  • Removing impediments to support successful software delivery

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on software development experience on .NET platform and commercial experience with Azure or other Cloud vendor as a must have
  • Previous experience managing teams, i.e. as a Team Lead, Project Manager, Technical Product Owner or Development Manager
  • Exposure and deep understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum/Kanban in particular
  • Experience with technology and process transformation, i.e. introduction of new technologies to teams or Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Experience with distributed teams (nearshore Poland)
  • Ability to bring a team together, drive, motivate and inspire them
  • Thinking holistically and having a crossover business focus
  • Taking on responsibility, initiative and making decisions
  • Strong English and Polish both in speaking and writing
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Positive “can-do” attitude and quality-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly
